None of us. Democrat or Republican. want fraud in the voting process. It is a very precious. precious right. one of the most important rights of citizenship. My amendment is to try to find out the extent of citizenshiprelated fraud in up to six States that are most heavily impacted by immigration and. if the level is unacceptable. then let us go back to the drawing board. I think we would have nothing to fear from that investigation. and that is the purpose of the amendment. I thank the Chair.
