It is not wrong to say "Come." but come legally. And somehow we are afraid to say. unless you meet reasonable requirements and that if you come with a phony passport or no passport or no proof of your claim. that we are going to turn you back. And these decisions. as It relates to those people who seek political asylum. in most cases. should be heard not here but in the consulate offices abroad. so that we do not have this huge cost placed on an overtaxed Immigration and Naturalization Service. That brings me to something else. We have got to get the judges In INS involved more fully.
