This will provide us with a complete study by the Department of HHS of what the cost implications are going to be to our health care system. We have also included a comparison of the anticipated health care costs associated with immigrants infected with HIV and the costs attributable to immigrants suffering from other serious health conditions which significantly impair the individuals ability to earn a living. We hear a good deal about costs. This is not just an HIV issue.
