But the West was not watching. and while not all the angels are on one side. the Communist dictator Milosevic has brought this wonderful former country to a sorry pass. Over 20.000 innocent people have been killed. 21h million have been made refugees in the very heart of Europe. and with the coming of winter. we are dreading the prospect of thousands and tens of thousands freezing to death in the coming months.
