Also. this bill guarantees Medicaid best price for certain disproportionate share hospitals and Public Health Service grantees. including community and migrant health centers. homeless health centers. hemophilia centers. different Ryan White AIDS Clinics. and family planning clinics. I proposed this solution when the Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health and the Environment met last week. I believed we should fix the veterans problem now. and change the underlying Medicaid law next year. if necessary.
