Speech #1020204910

Mr. President. all that has changed. It changed when we heard of the Serbian refugee camps. little pockets of hull where only terror prevailed. It changed when we heard of the boarded up trains. the firing squads. the mass executions. It changed when we heard of the scale of the tragedy: More than 100 refugee camps in this once peaceful land. It changed when we heard of a camp called Omarska. where inmates were held in a fourlevel cage. It changed when we heard of the fate of the prisoners: that hundreds if not thousands were said to have died.
