I would plead with the Speaker and ask that the Speaker direct the Ways and Means Committee to report out legislation that would take away mostfavorednation status from Serbia. Second. I would plead with the Speaker to direct the chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee to hold hearings before we adjourn whereby this Congress can do something to let the people in those refugee camps know that this Congress and the American people care. Mr. Speaker. the Senate has acted. the administration has acted. the House has done nothing.
