We rank dead lastNo. 56 of 56 States and territories in Federal return on our tax dollars. Florida is the fastest growing. large State. Florida is under enormous pressure to care for a burgeoning immigrant population. These individuals have needs for drug. alcohol. and mental health services. too. We are not talking about discretionary spending. either.
