Session #102 · 1991–93

Speech #1020161538

The right to vote is a pretty sacred tiang. And I have a humble opinion that those who vote should be citizens of the United States. And as we begin to dilute that. all sorts of things occur. a dilution of our system: Biculturalism. which has never assisted any other country on Earth and certainly will not assist ours. And I am not talking about bigotry and xenophobia. I have been through all of that. They cannot pin that one on me. I have the whole hammer throw on that one. the dump truck and the whole works. But I think voting is a traditional right of citizenship.
