First of all. there are over a million people in the former Soviet Union who wish to emigrate to Israel. That is a fact. They want to leave and they want to go to Israel. Second. this is the fulfillment of a goal that Americans have worked to achieve for more than 50 years. It is not just a goal of Russias. It is not Just a goal of those In Israel. This is a goal that Americans have shared.in for over half a century.
