The Eastern Service Center and the INS offices located in Vermont have provided invaluable assistance to me over the years. I have turned to them countless times in the course of my service in Congress. I have found the men and women of the INS to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful to me. my staff. and the many Vermonters with immigration concerns. I am pleased to have this opportunity to recognize the Immigration and Naturalization Service on its centennial and publicly acknowledge the exemplary service of its Vermont employees.
