I think I should mention that we are also having a problem with illegal aliens coming across the Canadian border. This is a different situation than we had several years ago. which is one reason why more INS inspectors are needed there. Even though we now have a freetrade zone. a lot of illegal aliens. some of which are citizens of the United Kingdom. find it is easy to get into Canada. and then into the United States. It is easier to come through the northern border than it is the southern border.
