On February 26. 1989. the Washington Post published an essay by Dr. Blake Kerr. an international human rights activist. citing credible eyewitness testimony regarding a mobil team of Peoples Republic of China population control agents who forcibly aborted every pregnant woman in a village. including those 9 months pregnant.
