Founded on October 10. 1890. by Friar Napoleon Leclerc in the social district of Woonsocket. St. Anns parish has grown from Its FrenchCanadien roots to embrace and serve all of Woonsocket. Built on a strong foundation of faith and service to others. St. Anns offers many needed services for its community. Among St. Anns parish works are its food baskets for the homeless and needy and the sunshine community. a group that visits elderly nursing homes. St Anns also sponsors fundraisers for battered children and unwed mothers and welcomes newcomers and Immigrants to this country. I would like to congratulate St. Anns Church on its 100th anniversary.
