"(ii) To provide. in a manner determined to be satisfactory to the Secretary of Labor and for at least the number of hours specifled In subparagraph (B) during the iyear period beginning not later than the date of admission of the alien involved. for training of at least 3 employees of the employer in employmentrelated skills. "(B)(i) Except as provided in clauses (1i) and (iii). the minimum number of hours specified under this subparagraph is 100 hours. "(1) In the case of a petitioner that"(I) has more than 49. but fewer than 200. employees. or "(II) has 200 or more employees and is a nonprofit. charitable agency or governmental agency. the minimum number of hours specified under this subparagraph Is 50 hours. "(III) In the case of a petitioner for a nonImmigrant described in section 101(a)(15)(H)(i)(b) or 101(a(1S)(H)(l)(b). if the petition seeks the admission of the nonimmigrant for a period of less than 10 months. the number of hours specified under this subparagraph shall equal the number of hours otherwise specified multiplied by the ratio of the number of months of admission being sought to 10 months. except that the minimum number of hours under this clause may in no case be less than 20 hours. "(C) The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to"(I) the issuance of a visa to the spouse or children of the principal immigrant or nonimmigrant. and "(i) an employer which has fewer than 50 employees as of the date of filing the classification petition.".
