Loeung Khi has been recognized by KARETV as one of the "11 Who Care." in honor of his outstanding volunteer work. Hes spent more than 10 years working with Cambodian youth through 4H and other organizations in an effort to ease the cultural and language barriers of resettlement in the United States.
