I would like to make the point that if in fact there is hard currency coming back from the United States going into El Salvador. the fact is that it shows that there is money being earned in this country that is coming out of the hide of some American worker. I mean you Just cannot have it both ways. So if in fact that is the hard currency flow that helps make the case. that that is exactly what is taking place as these people come here. They are not here as political refugees. They are here for the economics of taking a job that is much better than anything they can get back in El Salvador and they are sending the money home.
