I feel this is a particularly worthy and timely moment for the special order. sincefor the first time since April 1985Soviet emigration is on the increase. According to figures recently released by the Soviet Government. ap. proximately 500 Soviet citizensmostly Jewishwere granted exit visas in January of this year. And. reportedly. the number is likely to increase next month. In particular. I would like to bring to your attention the Yakov Beilin family.
