There is no cap. there is no limit on the numbers of people involved. And of course there is no limit on the number of people who will be able to come in as their relatives as they gain status that makes them eligible to bring relatives into this country. It is unfair because we are talking about separating out the agricultural workers industry while the dishwashers and the factory workers who are illegal aliens that we are going to grant amnesty to. that I do not agree to doing but would be under other portions of this bill. do not get the same treatment. They have to have been here since January 1. 1982. But I am voting for this rule nonetheless.
