Senator HATrxzuE made a very strong appeal that no amendments and no report language be offered. He indicated that the language that had been agreed to would be included in the statement of the managers on the conference report. The report language is as follows: The Committee is aware that the Immigration and Naturalization Services Eastern Remote Adjudication Center (RAC) located in St. Albans. Vermont. will be expanded this spring. The Immigration and Naturalization has directed the General Services Administration to locate either new or existing space for the expansion in Franklin County. Vermont. GSA began the search this summer and is now looking beyond Franklin County.
