But discrimination will result from sanctions. But that is only part of the bill that is being opposed. We oppose that bill for the simple reason that it is not immigration reform. We want immigration reform. We want to see the Department of Immigration become an immigration service of the United States. It is called the Immigration Service. but there is no service in that department. That department is the most discourteous department in the Federal bureaucracy. and if there is anyone who does not believe that. just call them. If you tell them you are a Member of Congress. it is even worse.
