Are you for narrowing the democratic process or expanding it? If we are irresponsible by voting. then God help this Nation. Those who talk about another chance at immigration. if you think another train is leaving this station. you are sadly mistaken. We are going into the last days of this Congress. There is no way that we are going to be able to fairly debate an immigration bill here in the 99th Congress. pass it. and take it to conference unless this rule is passed. Vote down the previous question and then vote for the rule that is a fair rule. an equitable rule. and an expanded. democratic rule.
