Mr. Speaker. I just want to join with the gentleman from California and the gentleman from Kentucky (Mr. MAZZOLI. The Subcommittee on Immigration. Refugees. and International Law gets the privilege of dealing with some of the most divisive and controversial issues in the House. I think it is nice to be able to come forward with an example of the bipartisan cooperation that often marks the committee. Members are familiar with the intricacies of this. because they are often coming forward with private bills. We can assure the Members that this is one piece of legislation which will relieve many of them from the obligation of occasionally offering private bills.
