Yet. that absurd fabrication was enough not only to deny me my inameable right to emigrate. to reunite with my only daughter. It denies my wife her only chance of survival. In January 1980. I was led in to a local Prosecutors Chief of Investigation and told officially that because of my former classified work. it had been decided never to let me emigrate. I asked who had decided. and was told that no one had the right to tell me. It had been decided by a competent body.
