Naum correctly asserts that any "classified" work that he may have performed is outrageously out of date. All the Meimans wish to do is to spend their last remaining days in the land of their fathers and mothersIsrael. I urge the Soviet Government to restore phone service and to permit the Meimans to emigrate.9
