I believe. two hearings which have answered to some degree. and I think In some cases to a large degree. some of those questions. But I would observe that so far we have heard mostly from those who would defend the administration or themselves. for that matter. We have heard from the border patrol agents that they think they did everything right. that they do not think Mr. Medvid really wanted asylum. We heard from the physicians who examined him. who said he was In good shape.
