I would be willing to wager that the Senator would have rejected that suggestion. which brings the focus to a point that I believe is too often ignored. "Well. boys will be boys." So far as South Africa is concerned. I do not know anybody who is in favor of apartheid. nor do I know anybody who will explain to me satisfactorily why there is such a flow of immigration of black people into South Africa.
