Rudolph Salli served his term and. upon his release. began to seek to immigrate to the United States. Tragically. while awaiting his quota number for immigration to be called. Rudolph Sali died in Finland. never having obtain the American citizenship that he longed for and that he earned through devoted wartime service. Therefore.
