I ask that the list be printed in the RECORD. The list follows: Professor Naur Meiman. wife. Inna. This case is urgent. Professor Melman is 74 years old. and his wife is dying of cancer. She probably has less than a year to live. Professor Melman. himself. is not in good health. They wish to emigrate to Israel. There are several of us at high levels in the U.S. Government who have had the chance to visit with him. and compassion is needed for him and his wife at this point. The theory is that he is not permitted to leave because of the scientific work he did.
