It just so happens that the borders to the south of us are the borders where most of the problem is coming from. I thank the gentleman. I think there are two problems in addition to the obvious economic ones as we deal with the issue of illegal immigration which sometimes we overlook and need to be addressed. Let us look at the drug problem as a result of illegal aliens. We can never expect to control the inflow of drugs into this country if we do not have control over our borders. We have a Select Committee on Narcotics and Drug Abuse and we print volumes of paper and we continue to fund that program or that committee every year.
