I cannot understand why the Congress has not dealt with it. I think these statistics will back us up that the Congress has not dealt with it. They did make an attempt to deal with it. and although some of us. and I think I probably disagree with the gentleman slightly on amnesty. however. the important thing is let us get an immigration bill out. I have taken this special order knowing full well that there are people who disagree with me on employer sanctions. which I support. and probably some disagree with me on not having amnesty. which I do not believe we should have. but the point is. let us get a bill. Let us argue it on the floor. but let us come out of here with a bill that is going to do something to stop basically this invasion of the United States of America.
