Mr. Speaker. I thank the gentleman for yielding. Is it not true that after all of the Indochina refugees have come to this countryand we all know that because the left failed us in Southeast Asia and. therefore. created a situation that resulted in a massive refugee migration into this country from thereall told. that has equaled about 500.000 people who have come to this country as a result of that migration? And is it not true that we already have about 590.000 people who have come out of the situation in Central America as a result of the Communist guerrillas activities in El Salvador. as a result of what is happening in Nicaragua. and that we already have a migration Into this country from Central America greater than all that that has taken place so far from Indochina?
