As a matter of fact. it is the Reagan administration that is the great booster of the Peoples Republic of ChinaI do not think I have been quite as enthused as the President about some of these things. in fact. I have been critical of the Reagan administrations failure to allow political asylumseekers from the Peoples Republic of China into America. I think the State Department has behaved badly in rejecting the asylum application because of the Presidents political tiein there. But I want to get back to the gentleman when he suggests that there is for black people in South Africa. independent business. and an independent intellectual community. I have to disagree when the gentleman suggests that black people in Gouth Africa today are allowed those basic freedoms.
