Third. the National Health Service Corps Field and Scholarship Program which provides financial assistance for the education of physicians who agree to serve in health manpower shortage areas upon graduation. and Fourth. the community health centers and migrant health centers which serve as important providers of care to populations not adequately served by the private sector.
