Mr. Speaker. an American businessman. Mr. Ronald C. Nairm. recently contributed a most interesting article to the Wall Street Journal. After the long debate in the House over the immigration reform legislation. I thought it would be useful to bring the unique perspective of this article to the attention of my colleagues in the House. While I differ with the author on some of his points. I think that many of us need to reflect on some of the basic philosophical and moral principles which are so well expressed in this article.
