All right. We have the ability to make those distinctions. We have the ability to sort out what makes sense and what does not make sense. I come from a State with heavy unemployment. It is very sensitive to issues of migration. to all kinds of issues of migration and immigration. But I think the people in the State of Michigan are able to distinguish between legal and illegal migration. This is a bill that endeavors to get at the issue primarily of illegal immigration into this country. And you say. But what about the chain? Most of us here are part of that chain.
