They have approached individuals on the streets of San Jose selecting them for questioning solely on the basis of their appearancelacking any evidence or basis for assuming they have violated any immigration laws. Is this not a country where individuals may walk down the street without being harrassed or unduely sought after by law officers? In addition. we are witnessing more and more raids into the workplace.
