Session #98 · 1983–85

Speech #980213743

If we do that and then we find out there are still some problems. we can go back and add sanctions. But why do we have to make such a massive approach to it? I do not think there is a Member here who does not want something done about immigration I also think that we keep missing the point that so many have tried to address. That is. if you are in a country where there is 50percent unemployment. going to a country with 10 looks pretty good. As long as there are employers who figure that they can get away with it they will go ahead and try to employ those people and if there is profit in it.
