The medically disadvantaged includes those who are temporarily unemployed. permanently unemployed. refugees. and all low income people. We will be lookng at what the appropriate roles are for the private sector and the local. State and Federal governments. in the provision of health care for the medically disadvantaged given the limited resources that are available for this task.
