In a recent letter smuggled out of Russia. Dr. Sakharov urged the West to press Soviet officials for the release of Elena Bonner. Over 100 Members of Congress have Joined me in a letter to Soviet General Secretary Chernenko. urging him to grant Ms. Bonner an exit visa. Elena Bonners life is in danger.
