So. Mr. Chairman. I think it is important that we go ahead with this bill at this time. We have the drug enforcement program that depends on the funds in this bill. The Immigration Service depends on this bill being enacted. as does international trade programs as well as our support for the Federal prison system. And then there are job programs like those in EDA and the SBA. And the administration has a good many foreign obligations in this day and age. and they need funding in this bill for the State Department which is included in this bill.
