I implore the Members of this House to sometime in the next couple of weeks join with me to find a way that we can get an appropriation to recognize the needs of these people. I am confident we can do that. but I am taking this time just to try to bring that to everybodys attention. I will again tomorrow and next week and in the future weeks be attempting to find a way to get that action before US. People say. "Well. Lowry. you have those refugees in Seattle." Well. let me tell you. there are 10.000 in the State of Washington. There are 120.000 in the rest of the country. It is something that must be addressed.
