I have a more lengthy statement concerning Dr. Gluzman. and ask that it be included in the RECORD at this point. Mr. Speaker. thank you for the opportunity to speak today in support of Soviet Prisoner of Conscience Dr. Semyon Gluzmans wish to emigrate with his family to Israel. I would first like to thank the more than 80 Members who cosponsored and lent their strong support to House Joint Resolution 230. My thanks also go to the Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Human Rights and International Organizations and its distinguished chairman. the gentleman from Washington . for their speedy consideration of this most urgent case.
