Amnesty for undocumented Caribbean workers in the United States. including the Virgin Islands. Eighth. A more humane and equitable policy toward Haitian entrants and refugees. Ninth. A more conciliatory stance toward the Government of Grenada. including accreditation of the Grenadian Ambassadordesignee to the United States.
