I thank the gentleman for yielding. We went over this at the last session and the session before. and the gentleman from New Jersey has been very fair with us. He has talked to the Immigration authorities downtown. We have not had any more problems since the Bamboo Curtain incident of a few years ago. I would certainly associate myself with the remarks of my colleague. the gentleman from Texas . and add not only barbed wire. but spiked wire or any other kind of wire that would go into the building of a fence between our two friendly countries.
