Mr. Speaker. recently Representative JiM SANTINI and I had the pleasure of giving testimony before Representative FAScELLS Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on International Operations. The testimony. concerning visa waivers for nonimmigrant travelers. represents the policy position of the 265member Travel and Tourism Caucus. The facilitation of international travelers to the United States is one of the top priorities for the caucus during this session of Congress. We support any reasonable effort which could be taken to increase the number of visitpors to our country. Mr. Speaker. I have enclosed my testimony given before the International Operations Subcommittee and hope that it will serve as a vehicle to stimulate and focus debate on this important matter.
