The bill provides the dollars levels under the current continuing resolution which is the fiscal year 1980 level plus additional funding for foreign military credit sales for Israel and Egypt. Also contained in this bill are earmarkings for international disaster assistance of $50 million for Italian earthquake rehabiliation and reconstruction. $15 million funding for Cyprus. and $2 million for the newly authorized African Development Foundation. We have also included report language that specifies that $69 million shall be available for African refugee assistance. to provide relief from drought. famine and war in the devasted parts of Africa. Also. the section on foreign assistance provides some $12 billion for the ExportImport Bank. Mr.
