A magna cum laude graduate of Radcliffe College with a degree from Harvard Law School. Congresswoman HOLTZMAN is a member of the Judiciary Committee. and chairs that committees Subcommittee on Immigration. Refugees. and International Law. She participated in the committees deliberations on the impeachment of former President Nixon. she helped found the first Congresswomens Caucus in the hbiq- C ih-. Congress and is now chair of that caucus.
