They are testing the effects of this gas in preparation for some holocaust in this war. in this new phase of chemical warfare. We thus have another violent assault on a rapidly diminishing people. who had a population of 500.000 just two decades ago and whose numbers are now down to a mere 150.000. Mr. Speaker. with 35.000 in this country. with 50.000 of those who survive in Mekong River refugee camps. and with a sickly dying 70.000 left in Laos. this House simply has to have hearings on this subject during the rump session.
