Vladimir Kislik must be freed and allowed to live in peace with his wife and son in Israel. Mr. Speaker. for these reasons. I and my distinguished colleague. Mr. LEHMAN. have today introduced a concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the President express to the Soviet Government the condemnation of the Congress and all of the American people of these acts of harassment and persecution and that Vladimir Kislik be permitted to emigrate from the Soviet Union. and further that if his emigration not be permitted. the matter be placed on the agenda of the review session of the Helsinki accord to be hold in Madrid in November. Mr. Speaker.
